Job summary

Little Life Learning Centre Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a full-time on-site educator to lead IB tutoring programs and align curriculum with market and student needs.

You will provide one-to-one tutoring or small-group IB courses, work with fellow instructors to create lesson plans, and help promote courses. The role emphasizes strong teaching, operational management, and close communication with parents.

Qualifications

• Degree or above, preferably in Education or related fields.
• At least 2 years teaching or management experience in schools; tutoring background preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore and IB curriculum standards.
• Excellent teaching and operational management abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continual update of IB tutoring programs.
• Provide one-to-one tutoring or conduct group classes for IB courses.
• Collaborate with instructors to create lesson plans and materials.
• Assist in promotion of courses taught and designed.
• Evaluate students' progress and provide improvement suggestions.
• Maintain communication with parents to address teaching issues.
• Research educational theories and teaching methods for innovation.
