Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Education, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Management or English.
• At least 2 years of teaching or management experience in primary/secondary schools, with tutoring experience preferred.
• Familiarity with local Singapore and IB curriculum standards is preferred.
• Excellent teaching and operational management abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with responsibility and initiative.
• Innovative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the development and continual update of tutoring IB programs and curriculum aligned with market and customer needs.
• Provide one-to-one tutoring or conduct group classes of IB courses to students registered under the employer.
• Collaborate with other instructors to create lesson plans, educational materials, and curriculum contents.
• Assist in the promotion of courses taught and/or designed.
• Evaluate students' learning progress and provide improvement suggestions.
• Maintain good communication with parents to address teaching issues.
• Research educational theories and teaching methods for continuous innovation.
