Job summary

Dyson is seeking an IAM Solutions Architect to implement Zero Trust security across its, innovative technology-enabled products. You will design and deliver enterprise IAM solutions, focusing on continuous verification of user identities and device posture.

Join a global Cyber Security team to drive adoption of best practices, work with stakeholders in CSR, and ensure access governance aligns with least-privilege principles across cloud and on-prem systems.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of IAM topics: identity management, access control, privileged access, secrets management.
Experience with on-premises and cloud workloads (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Knowledge of IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, LDAP, MFA.
Technical design and low-level design documentation delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide advisory services to management and define requirements for enterprise IAM adoption.
Analyze and resolve design weaknesses in identities, access, authentication, entitlements, and permissions.
Recommend improvements to IAM architecture to address evolving threats.
Align security operating models with business needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with CSR stakeholders and manage cybersecurity projects with virtual teams/vendors.
Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and changes as required.
