Job summary

HOYA is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead design and governance across IGA, PAM, AM/DS, and OT IAM. The role drives target-state IAM architecture, translating security and regulatory requirements into architecture, and guiding end-to-end design from strategy to operations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of solution architecture experience with IAM.
• Proven track record delivering complex IAM solutions.
• Experience across full IAM product delivery lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Saviynt, SailPoint, Idira, BeyondTrust, Delinea.

Responsibilities

• Act as IAM design authority across IGA, PAM, AM/DS, and OT IAM.
• Translate requirements into high-level and detailed IAM designs.
• Define end-to-end solution components, data flows and access controls.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance forums.
