Job summary

Visa is seeking an IAM-focused security professional to design, implement, and operate ForgeRock-based access management solutions for a global environment. The role collaborates with Operations, Database, and Middleware Engineering to meet SLAs while ensuring GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance.

Responsibilities include SSO integrations, federation setup, MFA rollouts, and maintaining documentation, runbooks, and KBs. On-site presence is required with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, federation, MFA concepts and IAM operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate ForgeRock IAM solutions across global teams.
• Support SSO integrations and federation using SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0.
• Participate in AM environment operations and change management.
• Assist with ForgeRock DS health checks, replication, and backups.
• Develop simple automation scripts (Shell/Python) for repetitive tasks.
