Job summary

Visa is seeking a seasoned IAM Engineer to design, implement, and operate ForgeRock-based IAM solutions across multi-region environments. You will enable SSO, federation, and adaptive authentication while partnering with Operations, Database, and Middleware teams to meet SLA targets and regulatory obligations.

The role requires hands-on experience with web/application servers, LDAP, and scripting to automate IAM processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Experience with ForgeRock IAM and related technologies
• Strong knowledge of web-based, three-tier architectures and security controls
• Experience with GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001 familiarity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate IAM solutions (ForgeRock)
• Establish federation using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0
• Configure policies and adaptive authentication in ForgeRock AM
• Deploy ForgeRock AM/DS in multi-region environments
• Collaborate across globally distributed teams and ensure compliance
