Job summary

Sagl Consulting in Singapore is seeking a seasoned IAM professional to lead identity and access management initiatives across platforms. You will implement and maintain AD, AD FS, PKI, and Entra ID, while shaping secure authentication workflows using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

You will build automation with PowerShell or Python, integrate IAM tasks via Microsoft Graph, and collaborate with DevSecOps to strengthen security and compliance. On-call participation is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IAM, platform engineering, or automation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience configuring and managing Active Directory, AD FS, PKI, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience implementing SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience using Microsoft Graph API for identity tasks.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell or Python for automation.
• DevSecOps & CI/CD experience integrating IAM with config management.
• On-call IAM incident resolution and platform security/compliance.

Mandatory Qualifications & Technical Skills

  Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), platform engineering, or automation.

  Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  Core Identity Stack: Deep technical experience configuring and managing Active Directory, AD FS, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

  Authentication Protocols: Hands-on experience implementing and managing SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

  API Integration: Proven ability to use Microsoft Graph API for identity administration, integration, and automation tasks.

  Scripting & Automation: Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or similar to eliminate manual toil and build platform/deployment automation.
