Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst Intern to support inventory analysis, order fulfillment, and regional planning with minimal supervision.

The role is hybrid, requiring about two days per week in an HPE office, and offers exposure to ERP systems, analytics tools and cross-country collaboration.

You will help develop dashboards, monitor KPIs and contribute to process improvements across procurement, planning and logistics.

Qualifications

• Able to commit a minimum duration of 6-months on a full-time basis.
• Exposure to ERP systems, APIs, or integration workflows (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain processes such as inventory analysis and order fulfillment with minimal supervision.
• Compile key metrics, produce reports, and analyze data using IT systems or AI tools for process improvement in delivery metrics.
• Review current business processes for regional and global planning teams.
• Review performance metrics regularly and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate across countries within a region and partner with high-level individual contributors.
• Support small projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Support integration projects across ERP, WMS, and planning systems.
• Assist in AI/ML-driven initiatives like forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Identify and support automation opportunities in planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and project outcomes.
• Participate in process mapping, documentation, and testing activities.
• Collaborate across functions to support digital transformation initiatives.
