Anticimex is hiring a Store cum Fleet Assistant in a hybrid role to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation activities. The role combines storage duties with driving responsibilities and requires a practical, proactive candidate.

You will manage stock, coordinate deliveries, maintain records, and assist with vehicle servicing and fleet administration. A valid Singapore driving licence and prior experience in warehousing or delivery are preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore driving licence suitable for the assigned company vehicle.
• Preferably have prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or delivery services.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading goods, subject to workplace safety requirements.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, recordkeeping, and updating stock movements.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to perform a combination of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities.
• Fast learner and positive working attitude.

Responsabilités

• Store & Warehouse Management: Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming goods and materials according to delivery orders and purchase records.
• Coordinate with suppliers on stock orders, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Prepare and consolidate order-related documents, including invoices, purchase orders (POs), and purchase requisitions (PRs), for submission and record-keeping.
• Perform picking, packing, sorting, and preparation of goods and equipment for delivery or dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system accordingly.
• Monitor and track stock movements, including items issued, returned, or loaned to employees or customers.
• Assist with regular stock counts, inventory checks, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Fleet & Transportation Management: Drive company-assigned vehicles to transport and deliver goods, equipment, and materials to designated locations.
• Maintain records of company vehicles, drivers, agreements, inspections, servicing schedules, availability, assignments, transfers, and returns.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and monitor general condition, fuel levels, and tires.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections with workshops and leasing companies, ensuring maintenance.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and returns, including checking condition and documents.
• Assist drivers with vehicle issues, arrange replacement vehicles when required.
• Ensure company vehicles are maintained, clean, and present a professional image.
• General Operational Support: Assist with general administrative duties, including document preparation, updating, filing, and record-keeping.
• Support warehouse, logistics, transportation, and other operational activities as assigned.
• Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, vehicle issues, accidents, breakdowns, and other concerns.
