Job summary

Visa is seeking a Software Engineer + SRE hybrid to support our Cloud platform. You’ll help engineers focus on innovation by ensuring reliability, observability, and secure, scalable performance across services.

You will own triage, CI/CD pipeline optimization, on-call readiness, and develop observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, and other tools, while staying focused on developer productivity and scalable infrastructure in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years in SRE or DevTools support in large-scale environments.
• Proficiency with Linux, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for DevTools support (GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory).
• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability systems.
• Develop observability solutions and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve workflows and automation.
