Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Spares Sourcing Intelligence Manager in Singapore. This hybrid role requires ~2 days per week in-office and 8–12 years of experience in spare parts sourcing and analytics.

You will own sourcing intelligence for critical spare parts, support shortage mitigation, and drive data-driven improvements across the GLSS organization, including kitting and supplier performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, analytics, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in spare parts sourcing and analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Spare Parts Sourcing Intelligence: own sourcing intelligence for critical spare parts and related services; develop benchmarks and cost-driver insights.
• Supply Assurance & Shortage Intelligence: analyze and mitigate shortages and backorders across the supply chain.
• Commercial & Supplier Performance Analytics: perform cost analyses and scenario evaluations; track supplier metrics.
• Kitting & Network Intelligence: analyze kitting capacity and costs to support network optimization.
• Digital Enablement & Continuous Improvement: drive analytics using Excel, BI tools, and AI-enabled techniques.
