Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in engineering or science (electrical, renewable energy, mechanical) or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data.
• Passion for solar energy and optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel; Python or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and improve PV system performance.
• Work with real-time data to identify underperformance and propose solutions.
• Support predictive maintenance strategies using analytics.
• Collaborate to enhance Smart O&M processes.
• Contribute to performance reports and customer insights.
• Assist in audits, repowering, and rectifications as needed.
