Qualifications

• Comfortable making calls and handling rejection.
• Clear spoken English.
• Organised and honest with call records.
• Telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Available at least 15 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Call leads we provide and introduce our complimentary financial review.
• Book appointments for our consultants.
• Follow the script and handle common questions with confidence.
• Log every call outcome accurately and follow up on missed calls.
