Job summary

ABB Motion Service in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support Intern to join the MOSE team, gaining hands-on exposure to production planning, demand forecasting, and supply planning while supporting cross-functional stakeholders across planning, fulfillment, finance and operations.

You will help maintain planning data, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction in a global industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel with large datasets.
• Interest in supply chain, planning, forecasting, or ops improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP or data visualization tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support production planning and scheduling activities including demand forecasting and capacity planning.
• Analyze planning data to aid inventory management, reporting, and forecast accuracy tracking.
• Assist in maintaining ERP and planning systems, ensuring accurate data.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Finance, and Operations to improve planning effectiveness.
