Job summary

Organon offers an internship in Singapore focused on demand fulfilment planning within a regional supply chain. The role supports data preparation, reporting, and simple scenario analysis while helping the team leverage AI and automation to improve planning efficiency.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in supply chain planning, data, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Excel; exposure to Power BI, Python, or AI tools is an advantage.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day demand fulfilment planning tasks, including data preparation and basic analysis.
• Assist in maintaining and updating demand, supply, and inventory-related reports.
• Support automation of recurring reports using Excel, Power BI, or AI-enabled tools.
• Assist in simple scenario planning exercises (e.g. demand changes, supply constraints) and comparison of outcomes.
• Support data validation, documentation of processes, and preparation of basic presentation materials.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support to the DFP team.
