Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct initial consultations to understand financial situation and goals.
• Advise on mortgage loan options and explain terms and requirements.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and production goals.
• Review and collect required financial documents and assist with loan applications.
