Qualifications

• Thirteen to fifteen years of software testing experience with a focus on mainframe systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in TSO ISPF usage for test design and log analysis.
• Solid knowledge of VSAM file structures and DB2 data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive test strategy and planning across mainframe apps using TSO ISPF VSAM and DB2.
• Create and optimize detailed test cases and data sets, validating critical business transactions.
• Coordinate end-to-end test execution and track progress in a hybrid work model.
• Analyze defects and root causes to improve stability and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with dev, BA, and ops to ensure test results support business value.
