Job summary

Cargo Community Network Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Executive to help prioritize, schedule, and ensure on-time delivery of IT projects with cross-department teams. The role requires strong communication, team spirit, and hands-on resource planning, including outsourcing.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential; knowledge of EDI and Agile development is a plus. You will provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management, and participate in status review

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of IT software project management experience.
• Experience in managing multiple web-based IT projects concurrently.
• Experience in resource planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of EDI and experience in managing agile development projects are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and ensure on-time delivery of IT projects.
• Coordinate with cross-department project teams.
• Perform resource planning including outsourced resources.
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain regular project status meetings.
