Responsibilities

• Structuring Complex Debt Facilities: Managing senior debt, mezzanine financing, and project finance structures for infrastructure assets.
• Cross-Border Regulatory Navigation: Ensuring compliance with local and international laws on data privacy, foreign investment, and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary legal liaison between investors, banks, and project managers.
• Risk Mitigation: Identifying bottlenecks in financing timelines before they affect delivery.
