Space Executive is recruiting a Legal Counsel specializing in Project Finance for a fast-growing US-listed multinational corporation in Singapore. This group-level in-house role offers a transition for private practice lawyers into complex cross-border financing transactions.

The successful candidate will advise on project finance and structured financing, draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documents, and collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Investment, and Commercial teams

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 8-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Must be qualified in Singapore, England & Wales, Australia, or another recognized common law jurisdiction.
• Strong Project Finance background ideally from a leading international or top-tier firm.

Aufgaben

• Advising on project finance and structured financing transactions across the Group.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.
• Supporting the structuring, negotiation, and execution of limited and non-recourse financings.
• Managing refinancing, amendments, waivers, and cross-border matters with external counsel.
• Partnering closely with Finance, Treasury, Investment, and Commercial internal functions.
