RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Network) to design, implement, and manage our enterprise network across Datacenter, Campus, Remote Offices and Public Cloud.

The role requires leadership in deployments, collaboration with vendors, and Tier-3 network and security support, with a focus on automation and scalable design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong network engineering background.
• Experience leading large-scale network deployments for datacenter or cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, and network security technologies.
• Certifications such as CCIE/CCNP/PCNSE/CCSE or AWS Advanced Networking are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead network deployment projects and ensure timely, successful implementations.
• Collaborate with vendors for solution architecture and procurement.
• Provide Tier-3 support for network and security issues; participate in on-call rotations.
• Create and review High Level and Low Level Designs and operational practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Network) to join our team in the Network Services Management team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the network.

Roles & Responsibilities

Part of a team that is responsible for the Network Services Management team and supporting Datacenter, Campus, Remote Offices and Public Cloud Network.

This is a technical hands-on role in the Network Services Management team:

• Lead network deployment projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of network solutions.
• Work closely with vendors and third-party providers for Solution Architecture, Equipment procurement and installation.
• Provide Tier-3 support for Network & Security related issues and participate in a rotating Network Operations on-call schedule, including weekends, supporting a multi-vendor network for Enterprise Network.
• Create, maintain and review High Level Design, Low Level Design & Operational practices across the teams.
• Drive efficiencies through Automation

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and experience in core Network technologies including Cisco ACI, Checkpoint & Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load balancer & WAF.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex network for Datacenter or Public cloud migration projects.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and oversee large-scale network deployments.
• One or more of the following Certifications - CCIE, CCNP, PCNSE, CCSE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty or equivalents
• Strong fundamental knowledge in LAN, WAN and Network Security technologies and products.
• Excellent project and vendor management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences and senior management.

Mandatory Skillsets

• Expertise in Cisco ACI Multi Pod / Multi Site deployments.
• Expertise in Application Delivery Network products - F5 Load balancers & WAF
• Expertise in managing Checkpoint & Palo Alto Firewalls & IPS

Good to have Skillsets

• Experience in Application Delivery Network products -Bluecoat Proxy & Akamai CDN.
• Experience in managing Infoblox IPAM, DNS, DHCP solutions.
• Experience in managing Micro segmentation products like Illumio and Guardicore.
• Experience in managing network management systems like SolarWinds, Riverbed & Thousand Eyes.
• Experience in performing Deep packet capture analysis using Wireshark or Similar products.
• Experience in Network Automation using Ansible & Terraform.
• Experience in managing Network Security Products like NAC, ISE & Algosec.
