Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in investigative work, compliance, enforcement, or related functions.
• Ability to gather, verify, and interpret information for case findings.
• Experience in preparing clear, well-structured reports for decision-making.
• Familiar with data analytics and automation tools such as Excel, Power BI or Python is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills with meticulous review of figures and records.
• Communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take enforcement and prosecution actions to recover employees' CPF contributions from employers.
• Interview and record statements from employers and employees to determine compliance with the CPF Act.
• Follow up on reports lodged by employees on late payment of CPF contributions.
• Perform visits to employees' workplaces to facilitate investigations.
