Job summary

WWF Singapore is seeking a dynamic fundraiser to drive outreach via outbound calls, acquiring new supporters, reactivating lapsed donors, and encouraging deeper engagement to support conservation work.

You’ll build meaningful donor relationships through personalised conversations linked to WWF conservation work and assist with donor enquiries across channels. Hybrid work flexibility is available in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• Experience in telemarketing, fundraising or customer engagement.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with high integrity and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising through outbound calls — acquiring new supporters, reactivating lapsed donors, and inspiring existing supporters to deepen their impact.
• Build meaningful donor relationships through personalised conversations linked to WWF conservation work.
• Support donor enquiries, account updates, and engagement touchpoints across channels.
• Stay agile and informed on WWF programmes, events and conservation impact to confidently engage supporters.
