Job summary

WWF-Singapore is looking for an Executive, Telefundraising to lead outbound fundraising calls and deepen donor engagement. The role reports to the Telemarketing Manager and offers hybrid work in Singapore.

You will build relationships with supporters, handle inquiries, and stay informed on WWF programmes to inspire action while upholding high integrity and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin skills preferred.
• Able to thrive in a target-driven fundraising environment.
• Experience in telemarketing, fundraising or customer engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising through outbound calls to acquire new supporters and reactivate donors.
• Build meaningful donor relationships through personalised conversations to foster long-term support.
• Assist with donor enquiries and account updates across channels to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay agile and informed about campaigns, programmes and events to engage supporters effectively.
• Conduct interactions with integrity and protect donor data in line with WWF policies.

Reports to: Telemarketing Manager

Location: Singapore, Hybrid

Working hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do

• Lead Tele fundraising Impact: You will drive fundraising through outbound calls - acquiring new supporters, reactivating lapsed donors, and inspiring existing supporters to deepen their impact. Through honest and engaging conversations, you will turn interest into action and help grow WWF's community of supporters.
• Build Meaningful Donor Relationships: You will connect with donors through personalised conversations, helping them feel valued and closely linked to WWF's conservation work. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen trust and long-term support.
• Support Member Experience: You will assist with donor enquiries, account updates, and engagement touchpoints across channels - ensuring a smooth, positive experience that keeps supporters connected to the cause.
• Stay Agile and Informed: You will quickly learn and adapt to new campaigns, staying proactively updated on WWF's programmes, events, and conservation impact to confidently engage and inspire supporters.
• Act with Integrity and Respect: You will handle every interaction and donor record with care, honesty, and respect - ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with WWF's values and data protection standards.
