Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Observability & Monitoring Engineer to design and maintain hybrid cloud monitoring across enterprise environments. You will implement end-to-end observability frameworks covering metrics, logs, and alerts to ensure visibility, reliability, and performance of critical systems.

• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of metrics collection, logging pipelines, and alerting frameworks.
• Experience managing monitoring in hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage hybrid cloud observability and monitoring platforms (on-prem and AWS).
• Implement alerting and metrics dashboards across multiple environments and services.
• Build advanced log analysis pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Design and maintain sophisticated custom dashboards using Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Enable long-term log retention and archiving strategies using S3 and ELK.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define observability standards and optimize performance monitoring.
