Job summary

BARGHEST BUILDING PERFORMANCE PTE. LTD. is looking for an Energy Sustainability Engineer in Singapore. The role involves conducting energy audits on HVAC systems and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will lead site measurements, analyze data, and collaborate with teams to enhance energy efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, 2-5 years’ experience in energy positions, and certifications in energy management. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an Energy or Mechanical Engineering position.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers.
• Hands-on experience of instrumentation installations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Level 1 to Level 3 Energy Audits of HVAC systems.
• Plan and implement site measurement plans.
• Perform on-site energy efficiency audits.

Skills

Energy efficiency methodology of HVAC systems

Instrumentation installations (power meters, temperature sensors)

MS Office, especially MS Excel

Strong written and oral communication skills

Education

Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Professional Energy/Sustainability certification

Specialist qualification in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning
