Job summary

The Cigna Group in Singapore and Australia seeks a Human Resources Senior/Analyst to support the employee journey, deliver HR services, and drive governance, compliance, and payroll collaboration. You will work with stakeholders to implement people programmes, analytics, and culture initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years HR experience, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, with a can-do attitude and ownership mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in related field required.
  • At least 4 years HR experience.
  • Experience in HR operations and payroll would be advantageous.
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR colleagues and stakeholders to support the employee journey from attraction to transitions.
  • Support employee enquiries and maintain HR systems and records for smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, immigration, and external partners to ensure compliance.
  • Support workforce reporting, analytics, surveys, and insights for decision making.
  • Contribute to HR policies, governance, and audit initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning programmes, wellbeing initiatives, and culture campaigns.
  • Support employee relations through case administration and investigations as needed.
  • Build partnerships for vendor management and service delivery improvements.
  • Participate in HR projects, digitalisation, and process improvement initiatives.

Position Title: Human Resources Senior/Analyst, Singapore and Australia

Job Purpose: As part of the HR team, you will help shape meaningful employee experiences across every stage of the employee journey. From attracting talent and supporting career growth to driving engagement, wellbeing, culture, compliance, and future-of-work initiatives, you will gain broad exposure to the many ways HR contributes to organisational success. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you will contribute to people programmes, workforce insights, governance and compliance activities, operational excellence, and innovative projects that enhance employee experience and strengthen workplace culture. Job Profile: Human Resources Senior/Analyst (S03080)

Reports to: Head of Human Resources, Singapore and Australia

Critical Tasks And Expected Contributions/Results

  • Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to support the employee journey, from attracting and onboarding talent through to development, performance, rewards, engagement, and employee transitions.
  • Deliver a positive employee experience by supporting employee enquiries, maintaining HR systems and records, and ensuring seamless HR operations across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, immigration, and external partners to support the delivery of employee services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support workforce reporting, people analytics, surveys, and insights that help inform business decisions and shape people strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, employee communications, governance, compliance, and audit initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning programmes, wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement activities, culture campaigns, and workplace experiences that foster connection, inclusion, growth, and a thriving workplace culture.
  • Support employee relations matters through case administration, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and investigation support as required.
  • Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support vendor management, service delivery, and continuous enhancement of HR operations.
  • Participate in HR projects, digitalisation initiatives, system enhancements, process improvements, and future-of-work programmes that strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • As needed, take on other exciting projects and responsibilities that contribute to the success of the HR team and broader organization.
