Job summary

AUMOVIO in Singapore is seeking a motivated intern to support the Innovation team in developing AI applications and RPA solutions. You will work hands-on to design, build, test, and maintain software that automates business processes and integrates AI with APIs, databases, and external systems.

You will learn to analyze automation opportunities, implement RPA bots, run debugging sessions, and optimize performance under mentors. Exposure to Docker, cloud platforms, and Databricks is a plus.

Qualifications

As a team member of the Innovation team, you will be involved in the software development of innovative system solutions. This role offers hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain AI applications and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. This role focus on building RPA - AI applications and automating business process, improving operational efficiency, along with opportunities to contribute to research and innovation.

Intern would be working together with the R&D innovation team in the following tasks:
a) Work with R&D team to develop AI/software applications and necessary APIs.
b) Analyse and identify automation opportunities in business processes, and develop and integrate RPA bots with AI applications, API, databases, and third-party systems.
c) Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization for both AI application and automation workflow.

Additional Information

• Curious about AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), with basic awareness of how they are used in real-world applications.
• Interest in modern AI approaches, including simple agentic concepts like using tools, retrieving information, and solving tasks in small steps.
• Basic understanding of software and web concepts such as APIs and how applications communicate over the internet (for example, HTTP or REST).
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, ask questions, and improve through hands-on work.
• Good problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently with guidance from mentors.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to Docker, cloud platforms, or Databricks through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Any familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.
