Job summary

HR FOCUS is seeking an experienced HSEQ Executive/Officer to support Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management systems in marine and offshore operations.

The role emphasizes ISO compliance, auditing, and effective documentation, with coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. Work location is Loyang; 5 days a week, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Salary ranges from S$4,500 to S$5,000 per month, with benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Marine Studies or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSEQ experience in marine, offshore, survey, construction or similar operational industries.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the company's HSEQ management systems and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 management-system activities.
• Prepare HSEQ plans, risk assessments, tender submissions and client compliance documents.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, inspections and certification renewals.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Maintain HSEQ records, training registers, compliance reports and KPIs.
• Coordinate HSE committee meetings and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Liaise with project teams, clients, vessel personnel and certification bodies.
