Job summary

Cable Duct Civil Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSE position to support WSHO/ECO in administering and implementing the company’s HSE management system and procedures.

The role involves updating procedures to meet current codes and legislation, conducting risk and environmental impact assessments, and leading investigations into accidents or incidents. You will develop in-house HSE training, generate audit evidence, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe working conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience updating procedures with codes of practice and government legislation.
• Experience implementing risk and environmental impact assessments.
• Ability to conduct accident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience developing and delivering HSE training programs.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors to maintain safe conditions.
