Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE & Quality Engineer to join the team in the Western region of Singapore. You will manage and improve HSE and Quality Systems, promote safety, and drive CAPA and audits to ensure ongoing compliance.

You will collaborate with production to improve process safety, product quality and regulatory adherence while maintaining documentation and supporting certification activities. 4+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years in HSE/Quality domains.
• Experience with QMS implementation and audits.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve HSE and Quality Management Systems per ISO standards and company requirements.
• Promote workplace safety through communication and awareness activities.
• Develop and implement HSE plans across plant operations.
• Monitor compliance with licences, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate hazards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support certification activities.
• Drive CAPA and quality improvements for non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production to improve process quality, safety and compliance.
• Maintain HSE and Quality documentation and records for management updates.
