Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated HSE professional in Singapore to lead and monitor project safety, health, and environmental programs on-site. The role focuses on implementing WSH requirements, coaching workers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Workplace Safety and Health with 3–5 years in construction, and are prepared to liaise with authorities while maintaining thorough HSE records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent.
• RWSHO & RECO certification with 3–5 years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project WSH, HSE and environmental management systems.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
• Provide safety coaching and training to workers and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement safety programs and emergency plans.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with project teams and authorities on safety matters.
• Maintain HSE records and timely reporting.
• Support audits and certifications.
• Perform other HSE duties as assigned.
