Job summary

MOL Global Ship Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSEQ Superintendent to support FSRU and LNG project development, commissioning and operations. You will coordinate HSE activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and integrate project needs with the unified SMS across the MOLGSM fleet.

You will collaborate with Marine, Technical and crewing teams, lead risk assessments and participate in HSE audits and readiness reviews to ensure safe project delivery and operations.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma or recognised professional qualification in Marine, Engineering, Safety, HSE or equivalent.
• Relevant LNG shipping, FSRU, LNG terminal, offshore/process industry experience in high-hazard operations.
• Good knowledge of safety management systems, risk assessment, incident investigation and emergency response.
• Experience in HAZID/HAZOP and safety studies.
• Ability to review procedures from an HSE perspective.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HSEQ focal point for routine FSRU project matters.
• Coordinate HSE activities during project development, construction, pre-delivery and readiness.
• Participate in project HSE meetings, risk studies and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate and monitor HSE actions from meetings, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Support MOC activities and interface with Marine, Technical and crewing functions.
• Review interface between MOLGSM's unified SMS and FSRU-specific requirements.
• Develop and review project-specific procedures covering LNG transfer, SIMOPS, permit-to-work and more.
• Support emergency preparedness exercises and incident reporting alignment.
• Participate in HSE audits, inspections and readiness reviews.
• Monitor closure of HSE observations before commissioning.
