Hai Leck Engineering (Private) Limited is seeking an HSE professional to lead safety programs at our Singapore site. The role involves rigorous risk assessment, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with WSH Act and industry standards.

You will coordinate emergency planning, conduct trainings, attend client audits, and drive continual HSE improvements as part of a diverse team dedicated to safe operation in process construction and oil & gas environments.

Formación

• WSH Act knowledge and legal requirements
• Experience in Process Construction / Oil & Gas industries preferred
• Possess relevant safety certifications related to petrochemical and construction safety
• Willingness to participate in ongoing HSE trainings and audits

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Daily TBM and Mass TBM activities.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, implement control measures and manage risks
• Implement HSE measures for continual improvement.
• Inspect site compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations.
• Attend client meetings, audits and site inspections
• Conduct inspections and provide corrective/preventive measures
• Monitor HSE Objectives & Targets and feedback changes needed
• Coordinate / implement Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan
• Collect HSE statistics and perform trend analysis
• Investigate accidents/incidents and submit reports
• Participate in HSE promotions and other activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior

Process Construction / Oil & Gas exp

Other related safety certifications

Educación

WSQ Advanced Certificate/Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)

Certificate in Oil Petrochemical Safety Supervisor

Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor

Work at Height Course for Supervisor

Certificate in Confined Space Safety Assessor

Bizsafe Level 2 Risk Management

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Daily TBM and Mass TBM.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, implement control measures and manage risks
• Implement HSE measures for continual improvement.
• Inspect the site compliance with relevant Acts, Regulations.
• Attend client meeting/audit and site inspection
• Conduct inspections and provide corrective/preventive measures when necessary.
• Monitors HSE Objectives & Targets and periodically feedback on the changes required.
• Conduct in-house HSE training.
• Coordinate / Implementation of Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan
• Collect HSE Statistics and conduct Trend Analysis.
• Conduct investigation on accidents/ incidents and submit reports.
• Participate in HSE promotions and other HSE activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time

Job Requirements

• WSQ Advanced Certificate/Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent
• Certificate in Oil Petrochemical Safety Supervisor
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor
• Work at Height Course for Supervisor is advantageous
• Certificate in Confined Space Safety Assessor is advantageous
• Implementation of Risk Management Course (Bizsafe Level 2) is advantageous
• Knowledge of WSH Act & legal requirements
• Preferably with relevant experience in Process Construction / Oil & Gas Industries
• Other related safety certifications
