Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Specialist to support their HR Shared Services team. Responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, handling reference checks, and ensuring data integrity in HR systems. Candidates should have a minimum Diploma in Business Administration and relevant HR experience. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline required.
  • Prior internship or experience in HR or administration preferred.
  • Ability to start work ASAP.

Job description
HR Specialist (Shared Services) - 1 Year Contract

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the HR Shared Services team, supporting daily HR operational and administration matters such as:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of daily card access transmission and staff card printing.
  • Handle reference check requests for former employees, ensuring prompt and accurate responses in accordance with company policy and MAS guidelines.
  • Review and validate completed background checks conducted by external vendors for new employees on a quarterly basis
  • Administer payments for successful staff referrals, and preparing EDMs to highlight successful cases on a quarterly basis.
  • Conduct quarterly sample checks to validate HR system data entries against new hire personal data. Review accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Ensure consistency across systems to maintain data integrity for reporting.
  • Coordinate temporary accommodation for staff, including handling invoicing and vendor liaison.
  • Support various HR Operations duties and other operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma & above with relevant discipline in Business Administration
  • Prior internship or working experience in HR or administration
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Able to start work ASAP or within short notice
