The position requires experience in drafting HR documents, implementing corporate policies, and driving changes to improve HR efficiency and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
• Ability to implement and align HR policies across multiple sites/subsidiaries.
• Capability to identify process gaps and drive changes in HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update HR documents such as policies and SOPs.
• Implement corporate HR policies and ensure standardization across subsidiaries.
• Identify gaps in processes and drive changes to establish good HR practices.
• Improve employee relations, morale, and company culture.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development activities across subsidiaries.
• Handle payroll, benefits, and statutory reporting for the corporate office.
• Support audits, reporting, and HR-related analytics.
• Assist in visa/work permit processes for expatriates when needed.
