Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Reports to HRD, manages learning programmes including New hire orientation, general management, leadership development, Professional Conversion Programme, Earn & Learn. Partner the business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify business needs and leverage on the learning & talent development programs, frameworks and best practices to help individuals and teams excel
  • Responsible for HR projects and HR operation including payroll, performance evaluation, promotion, talent mapping and pipeline.
  • Design, develop and implement leadership development road map and programs to build the effectiveness and capability of people managers
  • Lead and implement the career development strategy and framework for the organisation
  • Serve as consultant for performance management activities including the smooth planning and execution of talent mapping, goal setting and individual development planning.
  • Responsible for HR dashboard, reports preparation, provide analysis as well as the market insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in people development function, talent management and/or strategic HR business partnering
  • Experience in designing and leading onsite and online L&D initiatives
  • Experience with owning business outcomes for L&D initiatives
  • Experience with talent partnering, talent management methodology, tools and technology
  • Proven ability to get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization
  • Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details and results-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate across teams to deliver results under tight timelines
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheet
  • able to work under pressure and multitasking
