About the role

Reolink Technology is seeking an HR Intern for a 3-6 month internship.

This role offers the opportunity for contract renewal and potential conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases.
  • Coordinate the rollout of employee engagement surveys, including communications, timelines, and follow-up action planning.
  • Organize wellness‑related activities, campaigns, and programs for internal staff.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance and develop the company intranet portal, creating a user‑friendly platform where employees can easily access company policies, employee referral programs, wellbeing resources, feedback channels, and other key information.
  • Coordinate with IT and other teams for new hire onboarding.
  • Work collaboratively across HR functions to support overarching employee experience processes and administrative duties as assigned.
