Job summary

Molex Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Executive to lead training, work pass compliance, and HR operations across the site. You will partner with HR Business Partners and operations teams to build capability and deliver a compliant, engaging employee experience.

The role emphasizes program management, data accuracy, and process improvements, with a focus on orientation, development, recruitment support, and policy alignment to MOM/ICA requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business or related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience with 2 years in training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness.
• Effective organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of local employment laws (Singapore MOM/ICA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plant training programs across MXS and FEML, including orientation for new hires.
• Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with MOM & ICA regulations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and provide HR/Operations administrative support.
• Support recruitment activities and various HR projects.
• Review policies and processes for statutory, audit, or compliance requirements.

Your Job

As a Human Resources Executive, you will play an essential role in driving key HR programs, including employee training & development, work pass compliance, and HR operational excellence. You will support teams across the organization to ensure strong workforce capability, seamless HR processes, and a compliant and engaging employee experience.

Our Team

You will be part of the HR team within the DSS division, working closely with HR Business Partners, Operations teams, and employees across the organization. Our team is collaborative, solutions‑focused, and dedicated to continuous improvement in developing talent and strengthening HR processes.

What You Will Do

Training & Development

• Lead and manage plant training programs across MXS and FEML, focusing on upskilling non-exempt employees.
• Responsible for orientation programs for new hires.
• Organize, lead, and execute training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
• Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training programs; recommend improvements as needed.
• Coordinate the implementation of Fusion and MOS training programs.

Work Pass & Compliance Management

• Oversee the entire life cycle of work permit applications, issuance, renewals, and ensure strict compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure all foreign workers have valid work pass and adhere to MOM & ICA laws and regulations.
• Regularly review and monitor foreign workers’ work passes to maintain compliance with statutory government requirements.

Employee Records & Administrative Support

• Maintain and manage personal files for all employees, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Others

• Support recruitment activities as needed, including candidate coordination and screening assistance.
• Support various HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Review and manage the policies/ processes with reference to Statutory, RBA or other audit requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant working experience
• At least 5 years of HR related working experience with 2 years in training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timely completion of tasks
• Effective organizational, planning, and prioritization skills to manage workload efficiently and handle multiple competing tasks
• Knowledge of local employment related laws & regulations
