Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience.
• Familiar with MOM EPOL and WPOL systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good spoken and written Chinese will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and orientation.
• Staff training and development.
• Payroll processing and IR8A submissions.
• Work Pass and MYE applications.
• Employee records and staff movements, including promotions, secondments and resignations.
• Dormitory administration.
• Incident records, medical insurance and work injury claims.
• Preparation of monthly HR reports for management.
• Implement HR policies, systems and programmes.
• Handle applications for HR-related grants.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and organise company events.
• Assist with annual ISO and external audits.
• Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.
