WWF-Singapore World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is seeking a proactive HR Executive to drive HR digital transformation, improve processes, and support recruitment, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations. The role focuses on efficiency and employee experience across the organisation in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR operations, strong data accuracy, and knowledge of Singapore HR regulations. A fast-paced environment and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HR operations experience, with exposure to payroll.
• Experience supporting HR projects, with a focus on process improvement and digitalisation.
• Digitally capable; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using HR systems, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Detail-oriented, with strong attention to HR data accuracy and compliance.
• Good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR regulations.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset, learning agility, and willingness to deepen HR operational expertise.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate HR projects (e.g. system rollouts, digitalisation initiatives, employee experience improvements).
• Map, review, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
• Support change management activities, including communication and basic training.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to manage screening and shortlisting processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment related documentation.
• Support monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all payroll changes in partnership with external payroll providers.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases and filing systems (digital and physical).
• Assist in employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, probation tracking).
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
• Provide day to day HR support to employees and managers, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required.
• Support ad hoc company-wide projects and administrative tasks assigned by the team.
