Job summary

Game Reign PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an energetic HR generalist to lead local HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding, serving as the main HR representative for the Singapore team.

You will manage employee records, leave, performance reviews, benefits, and compliance, and collaborate with Shanghai HQ on recruitment and staff welfare, while coordinating office administration and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese as the role requires regular communication with China-based counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations as the primary HR representative in Singapore.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle matters including employee records, leave, performance reviews, employee relations, benefits and offboarding.
• Support statutory compliance, government surveys, CPF, work pass applications and other HR administration.
• Partner with Shanghai HQ on recruitment and HR-related matters.
• Organise employee engagement activities and support staff welfare initiatives.
• Oversee office administration, procurement, insurance, licences, vendors and workplace matters.
• Coordinate basic IT and equipment support, including laptop setup, user accounts and external IT vendors.
• Provide general HR and administrative support and handle ad hoc duties as required.
