Job summary

DAY ONE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a focused Excel/VBA specialist to develop and maintain automation solutions that streamline reporting and data analysis.

You will build VBA macros, automate repetitive tasks, and create dashboards and templates for multiple departments. You will consolidate large datasets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and access controls while providing user support and training on Excel-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain VBA macros, Excel automation tools, and reporting templates.
• Automate repetitive and manual processes using Microsoft Excel and VBA.
• Create user-friendly Excel dashboards, reports, and data analysis tools.
• Consolidate and process large volumes of operational and business data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VBA, Excel, and automation-related issues.
• Improve existing spreadsheets, formulas, macros, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Work with users and department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions.
• Integrate and manipulate data from multiple Excel files and other sources.
• Maintain proper documentation for VBA codes, processes, and automated tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and appropriate access controls.
• Provide user support and basic training for Excel and VBA-related tools.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalisation.
• Assist with other reporting, administrative, and data-related projects as required.
