Job summary

ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled VBA and Excel automation specialist to develop and maintain macros, dashboards, and reporting templates.

You will automate repetitive processes, consolidate large data sets, and ensure data accuracy while providing user support and basic training. Collaborating with department heads to translate requirements into practical automation solutions, you will document VBA code and workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive digitalisation

Qualifications

• Experience with VBA macros and Excel automation.
• Ability to create dashboards and data analysis tools.
• Ability to consolidate large volumes of data and automate processes.
• Troubleshoot VBA/Excel issues and improve workflows.
• Documentation of VBA code and automation processes.
• Provide user support and basic training on Excel/VBA tools.
