Job summary

PERSOL seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-month contract in Singapore. Reporting to the Deputy Director, HR Business Partnering, you will drive HR initiatives across Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Outreach.

You will work with business leaders to foster a positive culture and support a high-performing workforce. Key responsibilities include partnering with units, delivering HR guidance across recruitment, ER, performance, talent, rewards, and policies, and supporting

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our HR team on a 12-month contract basis. Reporting to the Deputy Director, HR Business Partnering, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives across Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Outreach. You will work closely with business leaders to foster a positive workplace culture and support the development of an engaged and high-performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with business units and proactively support their people and workforce needs.


• Provide strategic HR guidance and solutions across a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent management and succession planning, rewards and recognition, and HR policies, processes, and initiatives.


• Support and facilitate organisational change initiatives, workforce planning, and talent development programmes.


• Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence, including Learning & Development and Compensation & Benefits, to deliver integrated HR solutions and programmes.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.


• At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering and related HR functions.


• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• A proactive team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
