Role Summary

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and general HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR processes and provides day-to-day support to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection).
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

• Prepare job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct new employee orientations.
• Handle exit interviews and clearance processes.
