Job summary

Alphaeus Pte Ltd is seeking hands-on High Performance Computing (HPC) Engineers to support HPC clusters, parallel filesystems and related infrastructure in Singapore.

This 1-year renewable contract entails implementing, operating, and maintaining HPC environments, performing Linux administration and performance tuning, and automating operations with Bash and Python while collaborating with researchers and workshops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Linux/UNIX administration.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, operate and maintain HPC clusters.
• Perform Linux administration, performance tuning, patching and troubleshooting.
• Manage storage, backups, disaster recovery and security controls.
• Automate operations using Bash/Python and maintain documentation.
• Support researcher training, workshops and project onboarding.
