Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural/Electrical Engineering or Architecture.
• Registrable with Professional Engineers Board of Singapore or in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electrical works and project management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of gas systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage home improvement and building services projects including inspection and residents' requests.
• Oversee electrical upgrading projects and manage from costing approval to completion.
• Oversee gas riser inspections and maintenance; ensure safety and liaise with authorities.
• Coordinate telecom enquiries and review rooftop installation policies.
• Provide consultation and manage term contracts for seniors' improvement projects.
• Drive digital transformation using data analytics and AI-driven tools.
