Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking a Manager (Housing Operations, Housekeeping) at The Ridge campus to lead cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas, delivering high service standards for guests and staff.

You will oversee RFID Linen and Linen Robot systems, manage inventories and schedules, coach staff, and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to support events and daily operations on campus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in housekeeping or related hospitality function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and horticulture; set schedules and conduct quality checks.
• Manage linen, supplies, and inventory; ensure RFID Linen and Linen Robot systems usage.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; plan shifts for coverage.
• Train staff on system use and safety; monitor compliance and records.
• Respond to guest requests and liaise with Front Office for special needs.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits; manage cost controls.
• Develop housekeeping policies; ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Front Office on maintenance and events.
