Job summary

MILLENNIUM & COPTHORNE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is seeking an experienced Housekeeping leader to guide Supervisors and front-line teams in the hotel. You will drive training, performance reviews, and development plans while coordinating with contractors and managing daily operations.

You will also oversee guest feedback communication, maintain equipment, and support budget forecasting within the department to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and educate Supervisors to educate the respective roles and their continual development in their career path with the Hotel.
• Train and develop Room Attendants/Supervisors/Assistant Housekeeper to improve competencies and support career progression.
• Schedule and conduct daily communications meetings with all Housekeeping Team to enable two-way expression of ideas, concerns or issues.
• Share and communicate daily guest reviews, GIF, Revinate scores to Housekeeping Team; implement and take action to rectify issues.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for team members under your care.
• Assist in ensuring training and appropriate development plans for team members are implemented.
• Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment used in the Housekeeping Department.
• Oversee all internal/external contractors such as Landscape, Laundry, Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Pest control, etc.
• Overseeing all maintenance of plants and floral arrangements within the Hotel.
• Support the AEH/EH on budget forecasting processes for the department.
